Set2Scale trains appointment setters from the ground up — real scripts, real calls, real accountability — then pushes you into actual sales roles. Not theory. Not affiliate schemes. The job.
Small intake each month. Every place is interviewed for.

Scripts, tonality, objection handling and outreach — drilled live, not left in a video vault. You'll be on calls and getting feedback from week one.
We don't recycle students into selling this programme back to their mates. You're trained for genuine setter seats with real offers — because that's where careers get built.
Skool community and Discord access, daily activity, and mentors who actually check your numbers. Show up and communicate — that's the whole culture.

Glasgow born and raised. First job in a chip shop at 14, reselling clothes and watches on the side — then years of hard lessons: dropshipping failed, Amazon FBA failed, and £6,000 lost trading while grinding through a mechanical engineering apprenticeship. Dead broke, Blair spent his last money on an appointment setting mentorship. He climbed from setter to closer to sales manager, left engineering to go full-time in high-ticket sales at £10k a month, and started Set2Scale for people standing exactly where he stood. He also owns Klyro, an AI agency generating five figures a month.

Ben, 20, from Newcastle, worked his way through joinery, plastering and engineering — grateful for the graft, but knowing deep down he wanted more than a traditional career path. He tried reselling, trading and e-commerce searching for a way out, then found high-ticket sales: a skill he could take anywhere and build real freedom with. Now he mentors others to do exactly the same — build a high-income skill, real confidence, and a life on their own terms.

Louis tried SMMA at 17 and spent months grafting without seeing a penny back. He took an apprenticeship as a sparky, quit because deep down he knew it wasn't the life he wanted — then fell back onto site as a lagger for the money. That's where he found high-ticket sales. He battled with himself over taking the risk until a conversation with his mum convinced him to make it work. So that's exactly what he did — and he calls it the best decision of his life.

Alfie left sixth form and joined Set2Scale to learn appointment setting from scratch. Within 30 days he was earning £1,000 a week as an Instagram DM setter — and his wins keep landing in the community channel.

James learned setting with us alongside his job and was quickly stacking his first commissions. Then he took the business skills high-ticket sales taught him and launched his own software company, JDigitalWales — now generating six figures a month.

Within a month, Zik was fully trained and placed into a DM setting role, where he landed his first £330 commission. He's now working across multiple offers, levelling up his sales skills and stacking more commissions.

Matty joined recently and is already fully trained, working across multiple roles and consistently booking calls. It's only a matter of time before he replaces his income and takes high-ticket sales full time.
And they're not the only ones — there are plenty more students training with us right now, posting their wins in the community every week.
